Price List

Portraits can be done in colored pencil, or oil. I usually take the photographs that I work from (no extra charge), though if you prefer, I can work from a favorite photo you have, or several pictures can be combined to create a group portrait.

Typical unmatted/unframed prices* are:

Colored pencil animal portrait $ 550
Add $500 for each additional animal

Colored pencil human portrait $ 600
Add $550 for each additional person

A 20% deposit is required on all artwork at the time it is commissioned.

A typical individual colored pencil portrait might be 12 X 18 inches unframed, which would measure 18 X 24 matted and framed. A triple portrait might measure 24 X 28 inches unframed and 30 X 34 matted and framed. Oil paintings are approximately 24 x 30 inches for a basic portrait that includes head, shoulders and hands. The actual dimensions and proportions of all my portraits would depend on what worked best with the subject.
